Description
This practical 7-day breathing workshop is designed to give you simple, practical tools and teach you how to:
- Unblock your nose naturally using simple breathing and breath-hold techniques
- Support clearer sinuses and more comfortable nasal breathing, with the use of dōTERRA Air essential oil blend as aromatic and sensory support. dōTERRA Air contains several aromatic essential oils, including peppermint/menthol and eucalyptus, which create much of its fresh, cooling sensation. Menthol makes the nose feel more open and airflow feel easier, even though the nasal passages may not physically widen. Together with the other aromatic oils in the blend, AIR makes fantastic addition to breathing practice in many different ways. Read IMPORTANT notes below for pet safety.
- Reduce unnecessary mouth breathing and develop healthier everyday breathing habits
- Learn breathing techniques that can help you manage nasal and breathing symptoms when seasonal colds and respiratory bugs strike, or when you have that familiar feeling that “something is coming on,” while also supporting your body through recovery
And it’s not only about what to do when you’re already unwell. One of the most important parts of the workshop is understanding the importance of functional breathing and how your everyday breathing habits can influence the way you feel.
You’ll learn how to recognise signs of dysfunctional breathing, such as mouth breathing at rest or during light activity, over-breathing, shallow upper-chest breathing, poor diaphragm function, irregular breathing patterns, snoring and more.
You’ll also learn what healthier, more functional breathing should look and feel like, so you can start recognising which breathing habits may be helping you and which may need to change.
After the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to book a 1-to-1 breathing consultation, where we can look more closely at your individual breathing pattern, identify areas that may need improving and advise you on the best next steps.
The goal is simple: breathe better every day, know what to do when symptoms begin, and build healthier breathing habits that support your respiratory health throughout the season and beyond.

Using doTERRA Air Around Dogs and Cats – Important Safety Advice
If you have dogs or cats at home, please take a few extra precautions when using doTERRA Air essential oil.
- Avoid using doTERRA Air in the car when your dog is with you, or in any small, enclosed room where your pets are present.
- Use it when your pets are not around. If you use a diffuser in a room, keep your pets out, then switch it off and open the windows to ventilate the room thoroughly before allowing them back in. The same applies to your car.
- Try a personal inhaler stick instead of a diffuser. This is a more controlled way to enjoy the aroma without filling the whole room with essential oils.
- You can also inhale gently from the bottle, keeping it away from your pets.
- If applying to your skin, use one drop diluted appropriately with a carrier oil, following the product instructions. Keep the area covered if possible, and never allow your dog or cat to lick it.
- Wash your hands before touching your pets.
Remember, cats are particularly sensitive to essential oils, but dogs can also be affected.
My advice: Enjoy your doTERRA Air for your own personal use, but keep your furry friends away from the oil and its vapour. A personal inhaler is generally a better choice than filling a shared room with fragrance.
Important Pet-Safety Disclaimer
doTERRA Air contains essential oils that may be harmful to dogs and cats, particularly if inhaled in concentrated amounts, swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Cats are especially sensitive.
Never apply doTERRA Air directly to your pet or allow them to lick treated skin, bottles or surfaces. Keep all essential oils safely out of reach.
Using the oil away from pets and ventilating afterwards may reduce exposure, but does not guarantee complete safety.
If your pet has asthma, breathing difficulties or other health conditions, seek veterinary advice before using essential oils in your home.
If you suspect exposure or notice unusual symptoms such as drooling, vomiting, weakness, tremors or breathing difficulties, contact your vet immediately.
This information is for general safety awareness and does not replace professional veterinary advice. Please consult your vet if you are unsure !
