When women work out together, motivation sticks, progress doubles and results follow!

About Us

Welcome to Fit2Shine!

  • We’re a women-only community on a mission to stay fit, healthy, and totally own the ageing game.
  • We cheer each other on through every sweat session, giggle, and “aha!” moment.
  • Falling off the health and fitness wagon? Totally normal—don’t worry, we’re the rescue team too!
  • We train hard but smart, we laugh, joke often, learn loads, and grow stronger—together.

Fit 2 Shine was started by two friends and former Curves coaches Ivana and Ana. Between them, they have a great combination of many skills and qualifications and over 25 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Later, their friend Vicki joined the party — bringing even more fun and great classes to the mix.

While Ana has stepped back from teaching, Ivana continues to take Fit2Shine to an exciting new level.

Fit2Shine continues to grow with the addition of Judi, who brings Fit2Shine friends together for FitBeat practice and, along with Julia, looks after the social side of the club.

We have also launched the F2S Video Hub, allowing members to catch up on weekly classes in their own time.

At Fit2Shine, everyone is part of the team – we are fitness buddies.

  • We’ve got each other’s backs
  • We support each other
  • We don’t judge — ever

This is your space to move, laugh, grow, sweat, recharge, and just feel really good — no matter your age, shape, or fitness level.

Why are we different?

At Fit2Shine, we do things our way — we specialise in women’s health, fitness, and well-being.

We don’t train like men — because we are not men.

Our bodies and needs aren’t the same as men’s — and our training shouldn’t be either.

Women’s physiology, hormones, and energy cycles are unique — and we work with that, not against it.

Our workouts and nutrition advice are made for real life — whether you’re in your 20s or rocking menopause like a queen.

We are not just about weight loss. We also focus on strength, bone health, energy, balance, a pain-free (or pain-reduced) body, confidence, and a happy mind — helping you feel good in your body, not punishing it.

Ivana Cingelova

Hi, I’m Ivana, co-founder and coach at Fit2Shine. My mission is to create a space where women can stay fit—or get fitter—both physically and emotionally, at every stage of life, preserve it and actually really enjoy it!

I absolutely love what I do, and I’m constantly educating myself; rather than reading novels, I prefer reading art of science. I bring all my heart, skills, knowledge, holistic approach, and over 28 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to everything I do at Fit2Shine—from nutrition, movement, functional breathing, balance, mobility, workshops, and classes to health and fitness counselling and much more. See you soon!

Hi, I’m Vicki! I’m a nursery teacher and a Fit2Shine coach who loves helping women stay active, feel strong and enjoy their workouts. I believe fitness should be effective, motivating and fun with the right amount of challenge.

I currently teach Full Body Strength, Blitz, and Outdoor Strength & Cardio Interval classes at Fit2Shine. I also love blending in elements from my other qualifications, including Boxercise, Circuit Training, Exercise to Music, Kettlercise, and Les Mills Body Attack, to keep every session fresh, energising and engaging. No two classes are ever the same!

What to expect

  • 30–45 minute workouts that are actually do-able and enjoyable!
  • We mix things up to keep it fresh and exciting. Please see our timetable and class descriptions.
  • Whether you’re indoors, outdoors, or online — we’ve got options to fit your schedule and your mood.

The Vibe? We're all in this together!

We danced through 2020 (and all the chaos that came after), pivoted through restrictions, and stayed connected through it all. That’s what we do here — support each other, adapt, and keep showing up.

Because fitness isn’t just about reps and routines — it’s about community, confidence, and feeling good in your skin.

If you’re looking for more than just a bootcamp; if you want expert coaching, science-based training, holistic approach, fun, and a community of women supporting each other — Fit2Shine is for you!

In-studio class at Christmas

We asked some of our members what prompted them to try – and stay with – Fit2Shine…

Weight loss + staying for the love of it - Helen S.

I originally joined Fit2Shine for the January challenge because I wanted to lose weight and reset my habits. I did lose weight — but that’s not why I stayed. I stayed because I genuinely fell in love with the classes and the coaches. Ivana, Vicki and Ana create such a positive, motivating space that exercise stopped feeling like a chore. The mix of strength, low cardio,  mobility and balance works so well together, and I love that I can do as many classes a week as suits me. Fit2Shine has become part of my life now, not just a challenge.

Improved mobility, stiff muscles & achy back - Mary T.

Before joining Fit2Shine, my body felt stiff all the time — tight muscles, an achy lower back, and poor mobility. I was nervous about starting fitness again, but the way the classes are designed for women made such a difference. The resistance band training, mobility work and functional fitness have completely changed how my body feels. I move better, feel stronger, and my back pain has reduced massively. Now I’m focused on maintaining everything I’ve gained, and Fit2Shine makes that easy and enjoyable.

Emotional rollercoaster & mental health support - Laura H.

Fit2Shine is so much more than exercise for me. I joined during a very emotional time in my life when I felt overwhelmed, angry and exhausted. From day one, this felt like a safe, kind and non-judgmental space. The coaches truly understand women — not just our bodies, but our emotions too. Some days I show up tired, some days emotional, and it’s always okay. Movement, breathwork and the supportive atmosphere have helped me heal in ways I didn’t expect.

Post-surgery, physio finished, needed safe progression - Carol S.

After surgery, once my physio ended, I felt completely lost. I knew I needed to keep exercising to protect my body, improve strength and prevent another surgery — especially with osteoporosis concerns. Finding Fit2Shine was a turning point. The coaches are highly qualified and truly understand medical needs. I can exercise safely at my own level, modify when needed, and still feel challenged. I’m stronger, more confident in my body, and no longer afraid of movement.

Whole-body, whole-life approach for women - Laura S.

Fit2Shine covers everything a woman’s body and mind need. Being in menopause, I knew I had to change how I approached fitness, as I can’t exercise the way I used to. I was looking for a coach and a community that truly understand women at this stage of life and could help me stay healthy while managing my symptoms and aches.

Thanks to Fit 2Shine, I feel better in my body, sleep better, and feel more relaxed and energised—which my family definitely benefits from too, as I’m much more fun to be around.

FROM DOUBT TO REAL STRENGTH PROGRESS — JUDI. C

Joining Fit2Shine was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It hasn’t just improved my fitness — it’s helped me build discipline, confidence and a healthier mindset.

The workouts are effective and empowering, and I’ve become stronger both physically and mentally. I’m especially proud of my progress in the strength classes, particularly increasing my weights — something I once doubted I could do.

If you’re wondering whether it’s too late to start, it isn’t. It’s never too late to shine!
